Why do dogs always race to the door when the doorbell rings? It's almost never for them.

Not to take up for KB

but the situations are different. Hurts still has next year ,while still playing on a NC hopeful team this year.

Yea thats what I thought too when I heard it yesterday..

its alot easier to make the decision when you still have your senior year. If Kelly was a Junior he'd still be on the team.

Sounds like a fair and true statement to me. Although there is some differences in the two situations, one chose to quit and the other chose to remain a part of HIS team. Facts are facts and I’m not sure this has anything to do with morals! Sugar coat this anyway you wish but KB quit on his team only because he was demoted for a game for purely selfish reasons. Brice has chosen to stay for all the right reasons. Maybe some of us needs to find a new person to idolize.

former players. I don’t care if someone calls out KB...he has to live with his decision.

Hard to argue with anything he said.

He didn’t expect to replace Hurts when he came in?

Oct 3, 2018, 11:27 AM

Didn’t I read that he said had he not played in the natty he would have transferred out? He knew Hurts was there with 3 more years of eligibility when he arrived. I call bunk on that! He went to AL with the full expectation of beating out Hurts.

No way I’m buying he would still be in Tuscaloosa as a backup QB.
