What are the rules for eligibility for the spring semester of 2018.
Will Trevor Lawrence be eligible to play in the National Championship game this season.

I can't imagine why anyone would want TL to play in the 2017/18 NC game. Please elaborate? I must hear this.

Will earn 15 minutes per game of playing time before the postseason starts.
A one two punch of Bryant/Johnson will be kryptonite to Saban.
UGA had a similar change up with QB's about 15 years ago when they use to be relevant under Richt.

Good lord people. Johnson is not the backup qb. He was beat out in the offseason by cooper. Cooper obviously is better than Johnson.
And wanting a two qb system would only be kryptonite to the clemson tigers.

It's just a matter of when. Not because Cooper isn't good, because he is. T Lawrence will be in the college and NFL HOF's. He is just a freak, The only question will be whether he ends up greater than Watson.

Yes. Hunter Johnson, Trevor Lawrence and Zerrick Cooper are better on paper and higher rated at the high school than K. Bryant. And yes, KB's inexperience is showing with some inconsistent passing and pull-down and run tendencies. But KB is learning and doing precisely what Clemson coaches are asking him to do: Run like a gazelle. Minimize turnovers. Take no chances. Win.
Let's just enjoy the Offense continuing to grow, and WR's getting more weaved into Offense in upcoming games. After we win back-to-back championships with a lot more hard work, the Lawrence-Cooper-Johnson-KB sweepstakes can begin and the QB transfers can start. Nice problem to have. Until then folks, enjoy the finest Clemson Defense to ever suit up in Clemson orange.

if our spring semester started earlier. Beginning on the first day of spring semester, early enrollees can participate in all practices; they just can't travel with the team to the game. The problem is that Clemson's spring semester doesn't start until the week of the National Championship game. Alabama's spring semester starts the week before, so Jalen Hurts enrolled early and participated in about a week of practices before our January 2016 matchup. Bo Scarborough did the same thing the year before that.
