About being on Leonard Hamilton's staff rather than Clemson and Brad's staff now?

Being on Brad's staff, agree or not, is like being OC for Muscoot. You really dont know if you are going to have a job year to year.

He will either put up or be gone. I think DRAD has given him more than enough time and has even attempted to address some of Judge's, I mean Brownell's excuses with facility improvements and increased support. Maybe they have even worked out all the behind the scenes stuff. That said when DRAD retained him after last season, I think he did so discounting this season with an eye on next season. It will be his 4th year with the new facilities, he has some good pieces on the roster now, and a pretty darn good recruiting class coming in. If he cant at the very least make the tournament next season, I think the gig will be up. There would be no excuse for next years team if it stays in its current form to not make the tournament.
