a letter from some place claiming to be the lab that processed it saying that they didn't get the insurance information? Sharkgirl and I both got one but it really seems quite suspicious.

I know CVS has it because we had to send pictures of the card when the appointment was made

My wife said you should not get any correspondence from the labs themselves. CVS handles all of that. She said probably a scam and she would disregard. HTH

I have been tested at CVS twice and it was free. I just told them I didn't have insurance. I do, but it was just simpler without using insurance since it was free without it.
