Has anyone bought tickets off Ticket Monster

I am trying to get 4 tickets for the softball game on March 18. There are none available through the university. I went to the ticket section on Tigernet and it sent me to this Ticket Monster site. The only site I have used before is Stub Hub. I am hesitant to buy there without knowing something about it. If anyone has any information on this, I would appreciate it. If anyone knows someone wanting to sell tickets, that is even better!
