I don’t see them winning one for 10 years ...

I’ll tell you why : the only people interested in coaching the program are alumni or outliers (read: ‘Mischamp was the 11th choice : their first 10 picks preferred to take their experience elsewhere ). I doubt Dabo himself could recruit enough talented coaches to transform their culture ...


They will never be able to recruit anyone to that school with any talent that doesn’t bleed garnet... so their staff will always be as sh1tty as their fans and alumni ...

It’s self perpetuating ...

Everything you said is true, but...

We should be lobbying to stop playing them altogether like PSU did when they dropped Pitt. We have nothing to win and everything to lose by getting in a fight with a 90 lb weakling.
