And the secondary hit on Miles by number 64 no one's said anything either. That was knocking him down when he didn't have a helmet on too. What Pouncey was doing was not a big deal. Garrett was hiding in a ball in his full uniform. What a freaking punk.

If he's suspended the rest of the season, it will cost him ~$3 million in salary. An additional fine would be paltry compared to that.

I saw that too. He tried to say he was trying to defend his teammate who was getting kicked in the head. I guess he figured the best way to protect his teammate was to hit a guy who was just standing there watching while not going towards the guy doing the kicking at all.

Well, if you, me, or anybody else not an NFL player would go straight to jail if we done something of that nature. Not only go to jail, we would have to spend a fortune to stay out of prison for actions as those, and would probably still do jail time. In South Carolina, that is assault and battery with a high and aggravated nature. I just looked it up, and that is a 20 year sentence!!!

Anything that was done to Garrett after that initial helmet swing, including a tap to the helmet with Pouncy's foot was "free game". He is responsible for whatever happened to him!
