Gurley is a great talent, however

Sep 1, 2014, 5:53 PM

There is a reason they have to run him around the edge or run him up the middle later in the game.

Anybody else notice him sucking wind in the second half after 3-4 plays?

I told Dawg fans Saturday night, Chubb is your best back and I meant it. They got all pissy. I did not even list things, just made an observation.

To me Chubb is what D Watson is, true elite, a complete stud, just has an uncanny God given ability that is somewhere beyond rare.

Todd Gurley is the best player in the country IMO***

Watch what Chubb does in his time.

More an every down back.

How can the best player not be an every down player?

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Who said he's not an every down player?

Personally, I think he's very Adrian Peterson like. I don't know why they don't give it to him 25 times a game.

The fact that's he's returning kickoff should tell you something.

He has to get going or he gets stuffed.

And I stand by he gets winded, as well.

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

He may be the strongest, and hardest to tackle back

Chubb is more than a load with his low center

Of gravity.

Not arguing that... but he's no Todd Gurley***

You silly.

Gurley has no business playing college football at this point.

Best back, returner, heck, he'd probably be the best tight end in the nation if he had to.

Interesting that you picked that up. After his high ankle sprain
last year, he got winded, but I think it's ongoing. Too early to know for sure
about Chubb, but he was impressive.

Which one of you two thumbs downed me

You would too if you were popping off the runs he was.

You must not see the same games that I've watched. T. Gurley is the best RB in the USA right now at the collegiate level. Chubb is a handful but he is no Gurley.

I told UGA fans in DV last year you will have him 1 more year and then he goes pro. This is that year. Sure wish we had been able to recruit him to Clemson for the 3 years. Ask our defensive guys which one is "the horse".
I put him in a class with C.J.

Really Gurley may be one of the best RB this decade in CFB***

I for one am glad you are stopping. You are one of the most ignorant posters ever. You obviously think very highly of your own opinion, unlike the rest of us - RockHillTiger

Meh, I'm going with Gurley...***
