Fans/players reaction was just awesome. If that along with Simms interview doesn’t give you goosebumps, you must not be a Clemson fan.

Great win!!! Always great to beat Duke. Was at Littlejohn in 1980-81 when we beat #1 Duke. There was a foot of snow outside. 13,000 fans packed Littlejohn for the biggest crowd to this day.
Tonight reminded me of that game.

I was there in 1980-81as well - sitting on the aisle steps. Don’t remember what kind of ticket I had that allowed me in without a seat. Not as worried about fire codes back then. ??
I think Mike Giminski was there star. It was an exciting win!

We had arguably our best team ever. The Clemson skyline of Moose, Nance and Horace Wyatt and Smooth as silk Billy Williams. Kenny Walker, a deep bench guy, made two FT's to clinch it
