...you don't and can't understand the influence of oil$ there.

Not saying they are paying the kid....but the "hey, you realize when you graduate you can join the 'name the company' here and do pretty well for yourself right out of college"

Pollard could be a great Right Tackle

He's experienced as a run blocker playing guard, but he's got 6'6 height. If he can be taught to play on the edge (and he seems very teachable) then he could be fantastic as a RT.
