Not necessarily saying that DW should start at FSU, but Watson's QBR which I still don't truly understand is 93.5 while Cole's is 38.2. Huge discrepancy and when paired with the eye test there is no doubt that Watson is better. However, is he in a place where he can take control of the offense and lead? Knowledge of the whole playbook is a concern. He can obviously execute on drives where he is scripted and knows every single play. What about when things break down and you have to go into a completely different direction. He won't know the all the stuff and you can't limit yourself in a game against FSU. Just speaking, waiting for any comments. I think it really will take both QBs to win the game. Cole's flexibility in regards to knowledge and Watson's execution of a few particular drives and plays in important situations.

Dabo has stated that there isn't any plays that DW can't run. FWIW

I agree that he CAN and COULD run all the plays but he doesnt know them all yet

an apples to apples comparison. Watson has like 1/5 the attempts of Stoudt. 13 throws isn't a good sample size.

waston was here during the spring and all summer. He knows the offense. It shows too, Lots of his big plays are coming after he checks to another play when the defense shows him what they are doing.
