Plusses:

- He has fed good money to the football coaching staff - highly competitive but not breaking records.
- He prioritized Monte Lee for baseball and landed us a good one.
- He sold our position on 8 ACC football games well enough to keep the majority on our side.
- We were #1 in every CFP poll last year while he served on the committee, so he seems to perform well even when he's not there.
- He shows up at a whole bunch of games rooting us on, in all sports.
- The Oculus lives.

Minuses:

- His last program, Georgia Tech, still sucks in just about every sport, so he's no turnaround artist.
- He has yet to produce consistent winning basketball programs, and there's a high price on change here at Clemson that he set up there.
- The student body is not as engaged as its numbers should produce in many events.
- Don Munson on radio.

Unknowns:
- I think it was TDP that hired our soccer coach?
- Littlejohn. We went total middle of the road on that, with emphasis on program guts (good) but not as much on Clemson overall as far as a major arena goes. Time will tell on the costs involved.

We seem to be strolling right along under his leadership. I think we are making progress in mast all areas, and our future looks bright.
