I know its not the NBA but making pretty good money while visiting a foreign country isnt too shabby. Especially when you are able to play a game. Keep up the good work guys.

I actually spoke with TO recently at a training facility here in Atlanta where he has trained since commiting to Clemson, he told me that the team he was playing for went bankrupt and he is currently back in the US trying out for different d-league teams.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Are you sure?-Oglesby just played a game in Ukraine

Dec 18, 2009, 5:41 PM

Are you sure you talked to Oglesby? He played a game today in Ukraine according to the box scores from this site.

This is great to hear and I'm happy for those guys.

Dec 16, 2009, 4:12 PM

That being said, in order for our program to make the jump to the next level, we need to start seeing similar success stories in the NBA. 4 and 5 star kids want to know how you are going to help them get to the "League" and if you have nothing to back it up, they will look elsewhere like Kentucky (Poole), GT (Morris) and Ohio State (Scott), whose coaches have put numerous players in the NBA in the past 5-10 years.

I am a Clemson grad living in Kiev, Ukraine. I have kept up a little with TO, because he is playing in Ukraine. He is averaging 13 points a game and hitting 31% of his threes. Here is a link with his stats-

According to this, I'm not sure playing overseas or playing in the development league constitutes as "doing well" or "professionally"
