Sorry, but I don't see it happening that way.
Who does Brad go to?
Does he see in his two assistants what Tommy saw in Dabo?
If not, who outside the program would he pick, and would Dan Radakovich approve it?
Would Brad pick another X and O guy( like himself), or would he pick someone who is a better recruiter, which would make him look rather silly, don't you think?
No, I think if the Athletic Director sees the need for a change, then release Brad and then hit the road hard and fast.
