I didn't mean weak, but just meant that his team is stacked and is inconsistent. I do have them in my Final 4 though banking on them being their best. You just never know what you get with FSU though.

does as good a job as any in identifying and developing talent that fits his system. He does it year in and year out. I say this makes him a great coach.

IMO he has a pretty good system but he's not in that top tier of game coaches

that consistently get the most out of their players, make great in-game adjustments, etc.
That's OK though. Roy Williams isn't a great game coach but he's still been very, very successful by having a good system and being an ace recruiter.
