Can't help it. The man is a first class guy and may be the only coach in the country with integrity comparable to Dabo. He's squeaky clean, thinks nothing about throwing half his the linemen on either side of the ball off the team for violations and works diligently toward community service with a a good heart.

Your observation is interesting. I think he's like Old Man Bowden. He gives that good guy impression yet enables bunch of really bad behavior with very few consequences.

After Miami's win at Florida State, a group of Miami players were celebrating at centerfield on the Florida state logo and Richt ran over and put an immediate stop to that with some pretty spicey language. I can appreciate that kind of coaching.

Would like to see an undefeated Miami and a one loss Clemson play in the ACC championship game.
