Clemson has 11 players from its 2014 top-ranked defense on NFL rosters. 4 drafted, 7 undrafted. Never seen that before.

Great find, thank you for sharing with us.

Every recruit needs to know this, not only are we the best school, we put our players in the NFL prepared and ready to play.

Clemson is your best opportunity to get coached up for the NFL.

Which is another way of saying a bunch of our guys were criminally underrated for whatever reason.

It's weird how they had Vic and Stephone Anthony as the "prizes" of this draft class and they went in the first round...but they fell just way too much in love with the measuring tape when it came to Grady Jarrett and a guy who looks like a carbon-copy clone of Hall of Famer John Randle somehow slipped to the fifth. That was...almost offensive to anybody who's watched him play, especially considering that guys who we watched Jarrett eat alive from Louisville, Oklahoma, FSU, South Carolina, etc were going in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. Are they somehow supposed to block him now just because it's the NFL?

Tony Steward going as late as the 6th was a little surprising...it's like, OK, there's an injury history there, and only really his senior film, I guess I can kinda-sorta understand it...but he looked like a 3rd or 4th rounder at worst to me.

It did leave me scratching my head a bit when the draft completely ignored guys like Deshaun Williams, Corey Crawford, Tavarres Barnes, Robert Smith, and Garry Peters. I didn't get that at all. Did they think our defense was #1 in the nation - by a mile, actually - by accident? We had no weak links last year, none.

I sometimes don't understand the NFL draft process, or what they're looking at, but it does seem there's some collective - often wrongheaded - groupthink going on with NFL scouting departments.
