cut blocks aren't illegal. Chop blocks are. I know I'll get hated on but GA tech actually does a really good job at walking that line.

I personally agree and see it as being cheap.... If you're going to block stand up and hit the pads and push them back.... Not try to "target" the legs. I think it's dangerous.

If there was a team pulling that junk on me, I would jump over the line immediately and if they were in the way to bad, and they'd get cleat spikes all over their back....

You can block at the knees on the interior of the line. 2 offensive lineman can block low at the same time. They just can't block low while another lineman is engaged with a D-lineman high, that's a chop- block. What gets me is the number of times their offensive line will grab a D-lineman's ankles after they cut block. It never gets called and it's obvious holding.

they also block LOW on D/b`s when other teams are not allowed to block below the waist
