How do you fire a lead guitarist? Guy who plays with us is good, far better than me, but he's lost his hearing almost completely.
On Sunday, he Intro'd into the 3rd beat of a 4/4 song and completely effed it up. Had no clue he was off beat.

A lot of good one's listed, so I'm gonna add another, Phil Keaggy. Acoustic or electric, he can play it! I like Duane Allman, Jeff Beck and Pete Townsend too ( though Townsend say's that many young guitarist surpass his skills).
