Tired of losing recruits to other schools because they aren't smart enough to spot ours. Also we're giving CTB credit for what now?

The Chic-Fil-A Bowl has been reported to only be paying out to the teams playing in it at the time, and since it has no conference ties, there's no need to split the money further. Since the ACC has exclusive rights to the Orange Bowl now, and there's no other conference tie-in (until ND makes a move, I guess), would the OB only have to pay out to the single school and keep the rest for all of the ACC, keeping most of the money?
