I'm not thrilled about playing a lower ranked WVU team in that it's not very prestigious to beat them (and disastrous to lose), but I've watched WVU a few times this year, and I think this sets up well for a win. Geno Smith is OK, but not stellar and not a major running threat.

But Clemson will only win this game if they prep and play as hard as they did against VT. Despite their record & league, WVU is not a pushover. They hung with LSU until very late in the 3rd quarter. But like Clemson, they had some schizophrenic losses. WVU is a LOT better than NCSU, so Clemson will need to play well.
