And I will paraphrase here my comment on that post... It doesn't matter what they say to try to save a little face, not a single one of our players went to Alabama and they will still know that they lost to a little ole' ACC team! GO TIGERS!!!!

Because the titles were awarded by the major wire services before the bowl games in those days partly because Notre Dame did not start going to bowls until around 1970

1941 should not be claimed, but we got absolutely host in 1966 and 1977. Some of you guys are starting to sound a whole lot like Auburn fans right now I'm a little bit disappointed
