From a 2 sport all ACC athlete....

"I was a athlete @ Clemson & I know what it's like to play division 1 sports. In fact I started in two sports & was a all ACC performer so I know it's not easy to play against good competition in athletics. As I see our tiger fans continue to start talking about our Quarterback situation @ Clemson, it bothers me. They act & tend to know more than our coaches. These coaches, who we pay tons of money to for their skills & services are with these young guys everyday & know what they can do & see it in practice everyday. You think they don't want to win, heck, their job & $$$$'s depends on it. Cole Stoudt is a tremendous talent, his dad was a NFL quarterback, he knows the game of football, he knows the system & gets a lot of extra coaching I'm sure from his dad. He backed up for 3 years, a All-American QB @ Clemson & when he did play he played wonderfully as a back up, heck he completed over 72% of his passes in game situations. Deshaun Watson is a 5-star talent out of HS, a wonderful young quarterback who is the future @ Clemson football, we all know that but we play him in all the games to get experience but Cole is the starter, he has earned that right & until Cole shows it's too much for him to handle if not then I say we go with Cole & our offensive line needs improve every play to protect this guy & he'll kill you with his talent. My thought & I'm sure some of you do not agree but I'm all In, always have been & always will be. Go Tigers!!!"

they do it much better than alot of folks i know doing theirs...

as i'm re-watching the game though, our o-line & defensive pressure on Stoudt DOES make a substantial difference in his passing decisions!!!

on the plays where Cole throws really badly to near-interceptions, he gets nailed it seems everytime....he kinda just throws it up...?
he can't do that against better competition & got a little lucky Saturday....not so much against UGA & very doubtful we can allow this to happen at FSU.

the more chances you have though, the more chances for errors, or more time for correcting mistakes & near disasters.

so, glass half full or empty???

i think he's done well & Deshaun Watson will simply tear it up every time he touches the field.
start the senior, play them both!!!

i think the coaches know what they're doing, it's their job.
