Coach Chan Gailey said Monday that Spiller has a major workload in store for the final three games following the likely season-ending knee injury to Fred Jackson, BuffaloBills.com reports. Said the coach: "We're going to get the opportunity here in the next few weeks for him to get it a lot and we won't have what I term two great backs. I think Tashard (Choice) is a very good back, but to me he's not in Fred's category. So there won't be a lot of sharing of duties. C.J. will have to take a big part of the load now."

I just got off the phone with Chan. He said that Spiller will get 6-7 carries while Tashard will carry most of the load.

I bet Chan will be inserting himself into the starting lineup before he makes CJ the featured back. Not sure what gives, but he's pretty much already shown himself the door with these bone-headed calls.
