What a class act. Steps away from the game the RIGHT way, staying with his team until the end. It's incredible how the media- clowns like Deptula- and the trash down in Columbia fail to
grasp what it means to have class and do things the right way. Just incredible.

Exactly. Beamer is a VT guy, that's his school, that's where he played. Spurrier was an employee of SC, nothing more nothing less.

Beamer was a great coach. He won a couple of hundred ball games, coached VT to 8 conference titles and put VT football on the map. Congrats to a really fine coach on a long impressive career.

While Beamer was at VT he put up a respectable 5-6 record against Clemson.
