Dude on my team used the word support instead of visiblity and this is the #### that happens.
"We need to make clear to the exceptions team that the STM team and Wilmarie are to be added for only for visibility purposes. This was explained at the time of direction given to include these contacts; if this needs to be noted in the desktop SOP’s for the exceptions team to avoid this issue of directing them to assist, please do so. "

wants to be able to see shipments that aren't getting cleared. They have no means of helping get them cleared and they feel like the word support put them in danger of some form of culpability.
