More bulletin board material

From NCAAsports.com
Playing Clemson is the best-case scenario for Oklahoma
With a matchup against the Tigers, OU gets the opportunity to exercise its demons from a season ago. The Orange Bowl will take place just 236 miles south of where Clemson dismantled the Sooners 40-6 in the 2014 Russell Athletic Bowl. That loss is still at the front of Oklahoma’s mind — players say they’ve used it as motivation since January — and should give the Sooners an extra push during bowl preparation.
But it’s an advantage on the field, too. Not because Clemson doesn’t present the Sooners with plenty of problems — sophomore quarterback Deshaun Watson will be a problem — but because OU avoids facing Alabama’s defensive front. Jonathan Allen and Tim Williams both have 10 sacks, tied for second in the SEC. With an inexperienced offensive line, the Sooners could have been in trouble early and often against the Tide

What was OU thinking about when Texas whipped that ###?

Must not have been using the Clemson Butt whipping as motivation!

just practice their pitchfork toss and do wind sprints.
All strong demons know you should exercise regularly.

If OU needs to use the results of the game from a year ago to get up for the COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS that we have already got this one won. There should be no extra motivation needed and frankly anything extra is likely a distraction.

What is Clemson's o-line, chopped liver? If this guy thinks OU is better off playing Clemson than Bammer, I have news for him. They've jumped from the frying pan into the fire. Oh, while the o-line presents problems, don't forget Messrs. Boulware and Goodson at linebacker and their friends in the defensive backfield.

I can confirm that OU is in full delusion mode right now...

My extensive research on the internets has revealed 2 types of OU fans - those that don't even acknowledge the 40-6 beat down, presumably because we beat the memory from their heads, and those that grudgingly see it as the root of their messianic mission/crusade from their time in hell during the off season. Both groups are ADAMANT however that they are the only team to have improved in the past 11 months, and we will be the victims of the "new" OU. What a shock they are in for.

You haven't in the slightest seen what you are going to see come Dec 31st...When was the last time you cried? You might want to start practices holding back those tears when your Team's A get's handed to them.

Your starting to sound more like a Coot than a "Settler". I'm betting the first. Either way, we'll see. And by the way, we've been on upset alert all year and you see how that's worked out.
