"...To curtail the violence that was underway, the USPP, following established policy, issued three warnings over a loudspeaker to alert demonstrators on H Street to evacuate the area. Horse mounted patrol, Civil Disturbance Units and additional personnel were used to clear the area.

As many of the protestors became more combative, continued to throw projectiles, and attempted to grab officers’ weapons, officers then employed the use of smoke canisters and pepper balls. No tear gas was used by USPP officers or other assisting law enforcement partners to close the area at Lafayette Park. Subsequently, the fence was installed..."

In Richmond the cops tear gassed peaceful protesters before curfew and with no warning. The city police department put out a statement with their reasoning for doing so, which turned out to be a total lie.

Richmond is not part of my discussion with Fordperfect. We were talking about Trump. Trump did not order grenades or tear gas and those people who were removed from that park were not protesters. Protesters do not burn churches or deface property with spray cans of paint.

Yeah, I'm sure the actual law enforcement agency that engaged in terrible, overreaching actions wouldn't dare lie about what they did. I'm sure they'll come out and say, "Oh, yeah, we did that ridiculous ####."

No, they didn't react because anyone was throwing something or became combative or tried to grab their weapons (please). Anyone watching the live shots could see that didn't happen. And you could see them all putting masks on shortly before the president went live, then they all suddenly moved in a coordinated attack 5-10 minutes before he took the stage. It was well orchestrated.

But nah, keep believing what the government tells you. Interesting approach.

Funny there was footage of people having their eyes washed out when no tear gas was used...

The guy who knelt on George Floyd’s neck for 9 minutes, and all three officers with him, claimed Floyd resisted arrest and that was a lie too. Stop being an enabler. I’ll take the word of of four or five priests over the park police covering their #####.
