and Duke Alumni/fans in North Carolina, knowing they never had a chance in football against UNC or NC St. Both schools are academicly superior to the other two, and they both have smaller student bodies. I have always felt their pain.

We have the opposite. We are a smaller state, but Clemson’s academics are superior and we have a smaller student body. However, ,,,you know the rest.

So the Deacs go into a bowl without their 3 top offensive players, spot Memphis an 18-point lead, and then put over 500 yards of offense on them in a comeback win.

Take that, Paul Finebaum.

Okay, it's Memphis, not UT. But apparently nobody plays defense in the AAC anymore. (Not since Memphis shut down the 2015 Heisman-winner)

I’ve never felt sorry for Wake and to be honest my impression is Wake Alumni aren’t interested in and would not accept pity. 2 of my high school Coaches were Wake grads and they’re disdain for the Tarholes would match any Tiger. One of them had a pair of black gloves with the middle finger in gold, they were only for games against the Tarholes. Duke.....well, it’s Christmas, so I won’t say what I think about Duke.
