It is a really fucked up situation and not getting any better. They show up places together and he isn't actively pursuing a split-up.

denies actually screwing around. All evidence is circumstantial. She would deny it if he walked in and saw another man actively pounding her fat ass. She is psycho.

So is he. He is probably using this to sportfuck her when he wants. There is a baby on the way. I'm hoping it isn't his, just to get some more entertainment. They need to break up. Their relationship is TOXIC AF. Both are crazy.
