maybe not in terms of possible number of elite teams, but...

I think we can compete and have 3 or 4 double digit record teams. The SEC typically has 4 and not always the same 4. The to two have been the same as it is in the ACC. ACC teams really need to win the OOC games. If we do that and there can be two undefeated or one loss teams from each division we could change the overall image. The author pointed it out. Parity. That's not necessarily a good thing.

Why can't Miami build an oncampus stadium? Tulane is doing

it after decades of playing in the Superdome. Tulane is a small private school and is stuck in the American Conference yet they are still building a new stadium. If you search for the new Tulane Stadium on You Tube and check out the flyover it looks really nice and is exactly what Miami needs.
