Football Tickets

I have not received my tickets and parking pass as of yesterday (Thursday August 13th). I thought that they were to be mailed out on the 10th.
Am I the only one empty handled ? Should I be worried ? When do I need to contact IPTAY ?

Ticket office told me tickets were shipped from printer in Arkansas on Wednesday.

Tickets were shipped on Wednesday. The email said "will be shipped the week of August 10th" or something to that effect.
