I am just a humble tnet reader/follower who wanted to throw some factoids out. I have no problem with KB transferring because I believe that it is what is best for him. However, my problem lies with the I wasn't treated fairly comment.
I broke down the drive charts for the season, TL had been in on 24 possessions, KB in on 21. Pretty even considering some of Kb's drives were cut because of his injury in the GA South. Game. The numbers don't lie, I'm not talking about comp % and QBR (however the hell that is calculated), I'm talking about team output when each of the qbs were in. Of KB's 21 Drives Clemson scored 7 touchdowns and 1 field goal, or scoring on 38% of his possessions. Of TL's 24 drives Clemson has scored 13 touchdowns and 2 field goals, or scoring on 63% of his possessions.
Again I am in full support of KB's decision to transfer and again think it was the right move but don't throw the coaches under the bus when it is clear by productivity that the competition was won by TL.
