If Baylor wins out, they will be 13-0 having beat Penn St, Texas, and Oklahoma (twice). No way they are left out.
I doubt a 1-loss Oklahoma can make it in.

If Minnesota wins out, they will be 13-0 with wins over Penn St, Iowa, Wisc, and Ohio State
Could Ohio St afford a loss to Mich and still make it, or for that matter, a one loss Penn St champion?

Could a 12-1 Oregon or Utah make it? Oregon's only loss would be to Auburn.

13-0 Clemson is in.
SEC
If LSU wins out, they are in, leaving a 2-loss UGA who is out.
If LSU loses to UGA, you have 1-loss UGA champ in.
IF WE END UP WITH THIS:
13-0 Baylor B12 champ
13-0 OhioSt/Minnesota B10 champ
13-0 Clemson ACC champ
and a SEC champ
Would any of these teams replace one above for the playoff:
12-1 LSU, just lost to UGA in last game
11-1 Alabama
12-1 Oregon PAC 12 champ

It's because anybody who has watched Baylor and looked at their season results knows they are likely to lose 2 or 3 of their final 4.

At least up to this point in the season, Baylor has something most others in the Big 12 conference don't have and it's a decent defense. We'll see how it holds up when OU comes calling this weekend

The last time three teams finished the season undefeated was in 2004 (USC, Auburn, and Utah).
It has been almost a decade since even two teams finished undefeated (Auburn and TCU in 2010).

After Saturday it won’t matter OU I think will beat them. They have squeaked out a few OT dubs of course if they beat OU I’ll take all this back.. OU without Hurts isn’t that great had to squeak out a W vs ISU
