I tend to think that we are done. Other than the slot, I can't really think of anything that seems to be a position of need. Maybe Ngata if there is mutual interest, but I think that if we have anything left at this point it will be passed to a walk on.

Remember Dabo acts as if everyone is coming back unless the player tells him ahead of time. We all know Simmons planned on moving on to the NFL but AJ, I think, never stated one way or another that I can remember. Maybe he said something to Dabo but not sure so there could be 1 other scholarship to go with the 1 they had left after the early signing period. Then you had Chase transferring which will free up another one and if Dixon transfers another one. I hope Dixon stays so this isn't me hoping he leaves because it is the very opposite. I'm pretty sure Tee has let everyone know he was moving on early. So I mean we could have a few spots open. Just have to sit back and see.

As of this morning, we have 89 listed that would be on scholarship. Obviously there's going to be more reductions through transfer or dropping some off that got the extra scholarship last year on one year deal. But will there be enough to add more signees? I don't know, will be tough.

Don't know where you got the 89 count. I have it at 84 plus Tessman whose scholly is on the soccer side. I do not include last years 1-year temps in my count, so maybe that's part of the difference if you are including them.

Tessman is primarily a soccer player. Has been at a soccer prep academy since 8th grade. So you are saying Clemson soccer gets a freebie and football takes the scholly hit? That doesn't sound Kosher. Are you sure about that rule? We have had several such kickers in the past and it was my understanding that soccer carried the scholly.
