We were the only Clemson site there today (Anderson Independent had someone but not from sports) and I sat through both the prosecution and defense cases. I am working on my PM update, but in the meantime will be glad to answer any serious questions you have. I am here for about 15 minutes or so, so fire away

Not really. He has sat over there quiet. And in case you didn't see our tweets, he declined to testify so he never took the stand.

The defense tried to show the witness couldn't recall the shirt Rogers was wearing, and tried to show time stamps that maybe it wasn't Rogers that scaled the fence.

details in situations like that. I'm shocked the prosecution didn't prepare him for that question so he would have an answer ready. In the end, I doubt it will have any bearing on the case.

Hard to tell....they have Rogers at the scene, but they don't have someone that witnessed him doing the deed and they have no witnesses that saw him with a piece of the rock. They have him there, they have the witness who said Rogers climbed the wall and heard glass breaking.

that Rogers specifically said he "got a piece of the rock".
It may all boil down to how credible the jury views the witness.

Any residue from the rock on the tools found in the back of the truck? You'd think there'd be a different composition makeup in a rock from California vs masonry or even stones more found in the south-eastern US.
