Wondering if anyone knows who is: "by 40 time" our fastest player on the team? Etienne said he was, "but was smiling when he said it"! Not sure if that was just him being funny or not. I don't think he is faster than Lynn J; is he?
Anyone know?
I know they can all beat me. And, I know I want them all to do well!

If I had to take a shot in the dark. If we're Talking straight line speed id probably take justyn ross. but im sure Lyn J Dixon is up there as well. Ive heard Isaiah Simmons is the best Pure Athlete on the team and I believe it, but idk if he's quite the fastest.

I think Dixon is REALLY quick and D1-Runningback Fast, but I saw him get caught from behind a time or two.
My guess as far as 40 goes is Simmons, Ross, Feaster or Etienne.

Dixon is a 4.5-4.6 guy. He does not have elite straight-line speed. Ross is a 4.6-4.7 guy. I believe he ran a 4.8 at the Opening.
Simmons is going to be up there. Amari would be too. ETN, Terrell, Goodrich, McMichael - all have elite speed. Booth isn't on campus yet but he may be up there.

Trevion Thomas ran a 4.42 and I think Ross is faster than Trevion personally...and Dabo said himself Lyn jay was one of the fastest guys we've had come through here period so thats got to count for something. Adam choice ran a 4.45 and id take the bet that Feaster, Lyn J, Ross, Simmons, and AJ Terrell are all faster than him. Maybe even Kendrick but im not sure about him yet.

He is not even close to the fastest guy on the team. He's at best the 3rd fastest RB we've got. I guess people just see the breakaway runs late in games and assume he has 4.3 speed. He's a 4.55-4.6 guy all day.
And Ross is probably a 4.6-4.7 guy.
I think the race for fastest on the team would include: Simmons (likely a 4.4), Muse (4.4), ETN (4.4-4.5), Amari (4.4-4.5), Ladson (4.3-4.4), Goodrich and McMichael. My money would be on Ladson or Simmons.

I admit; I forgot about Feaster being a speedster and track guy.
Simmons should scare the daylights out of people with that type speed and size combination.
Great to hear so many DB's have elite speed or close to it.

A guy no one has mentioned that I noticed, I saw run stride for stride with Feaster on a long run last year, Higgins. Do I think hes got the same 40 speed, no. 100, though I am betting that dude is up there. I get all the Ross love, but IMO Higgins is equally a stud and can blaze.
