and yes, TL won the Natty as a true Freshman but that didn't guarantee him a Heisman or any awards going forward since the World forgets & competitors ramp up their game.
Saying..Trevor is just fine & he will get his due, maybe in a 2nd Natty win or personal history that will live forever in college lore.

In the few interviews i've seen, he seemed pretty reasonable with a competitive chip on his shoulder

think of this if Burrow wins the heisman and lamar jackson wins the nfl mvp, the heisman winner will be older than the nfl mvp!

It seems like a harder game, but for me the most rewarding title would be for us to beat Ohio State and then LSU. The Sooners may pull off an upset, but I think LSU would be tougher for us. It would feel great to knock off SEC LSU in Louisiana. That would be legendary.

Heisman is BS. Lots of people get snubbed..
Etn, Taylor, Hubbard, lamb, lawrence, Simmons,
All could easily be candidates. Just didn't get enough highlight videos on espn.
