I also don't do any tobacco products. Don't vape either. But ...
That's why when you try and get life insurance, they don't screw around. They did a blood test for Cotinine, which is what you produce metabolizing nicotine. You get a high number on that, no inshawance, or spensive inshawance. SMoke it, vape it, chew it, dip it, ZYN, whatever. Can't fool that test.

days to leave your system. I quit (should have done it permanently) to take the test. I think around 5-6 days are needed to get your levels down. I quit for a week, I think. My number was high, but below their threshold. I was asked if I was around second hand smoke and said yes, which was true at the time also. So basically you need to quit a week before the test, minimum. But I think the test limits were above what you'd get from 2nd hand smoke from my experience. But they can tell from the results if you're around it a lot.
