Falling below us even with a loss. Kind of like Stanford is already ahead of us with one loss. Kind of crazy to think if all heck hadn't broken loose two weeks ago we would have fallen from 3rd to 16th but Stanford is already back to 5th.

yep we didnt fall out, or tumble out. we weren't even pushed out. we looked down said "what does this red button do?" then proceeded to push it to find it was the ejection seat

If this were to happen it would be an asterisk title, because ACC teams played each other. People would not consider either team the top team in the country if this were to happen. I don't blame them either. It did not make sense when Bama vs. LSU for the title either. Now when the playoff system comes it will fix this issue. No playoff makes the title kind of meaningless anyway.
