How much difference is there between a player that is ranked #1 at his position and #10 at his position? Sure there are some freaks that are a head above everyone else, but a lot more to it than a money making business for ESPN and the NCAA.

What happens to the player when he gets to the school through coaching and training? How does a player's talent fit into a certain system? Has the player fully developed physically when he gets to school or does he have room to improve? How's his heart and character?
