I've had laproscopic surgery with appendicitis...

They are very, very small incisions...he probably had three small ones like mine, a few stitches. Nothing that takes too long to heal from. It was a little sore the first week. You'd be surprised how much you use your abdominal muscles and I could feel it every time I had to get outta bed. After about a week though, everything was back to normal...

I went for my post-op appointment yesterday and while I feel good and I'm doing cardio and running, I'm still not allowed to lift more than 30lbs or do core workouts for another 3 weeks because of the potential of a hernia.
