Expectations of the basketball program from the Pres and AD?

I sit here again on selection show so frustrated that our men's basketball program is so pathetic after having Brownell for so long and no progress in conference or tournaments. Then, to make it worse, I see statements that he has support from Dan and then Brownell chirps the program is healthy. WTH???

I've been a Clemson fan of all sports since i could walk and an IPTAY member for 20 years. Is this the leadership expectation again of our basketball program in such a great conference as the ACC? Why is this lowly expectation still here after all this time, yet if our football or baseball programs sank to this level heads would roll?

I take great pride in ALL Clemson sports and talk to my friends and relatives across the country about not just sports, but about the great Clemson family, brand, university and leaders. I now see teams with 15 losses in the field of 64 and we still can't make it!

I personally feel we will never turn the curve with this coach any more that I did when Tommy Bowden left us hanging year after year in football. It "is" time for a coaching move and not another year or two of we are "healthy" because they don't want to buy out his contract. Clemson HAS money like they're making it in the back of the Esso club.

Sad, frustrated and hopes squashed again of seeing our Tigers in our brackets for March Madness. No one seems to care in the athletic office so we are dealt this hand again. My expectations, without direct ownership of the programs's results are stepped on. Where are the high expectations of the President and Athletic Director?

I agree totally. I've been waiting much longer than you.

The AD was quick to fire the volleyball coach after 2 years. How many years does it take for a basketball coach - especially girl's coach, who seldom wins a game?
