It says alot that Rodney and Charlie did all those things in 4 years but for Tajh to do it in 3 would be quite a list of accomplishments.

Charlie wasn't named started QB until 9th game of the season.. He came in some for Willie Simmons to gain experience (2002 WF) or when were already throwing in the towel (2002 UVA). He finally got his first career start against Duke, which he set the all time Pass yards record at clemson with 420.. Boyd has since broken that record this year against WF.

ESPN mentioned that Philip Rivers "had a kid" in nearly every game he played. It got to be REALLY annoying.

I believe that was all the OP was saying. He wasn't taking a dig at any players with kids (see CJ Spiller), just taking a swipe at the annoying hype around Rivers during his time there.
