than right with their forecasts, so it would not surprise me if tomorrow was a few inches of rain max. I'm trying to stay positive!!!

to find the weather channel on TV. I had to use the search function. Everybody want's attention, it's how they make a living in show business. Fox, MSNBC, ABC, ESPiN...if they own a broadcasting company or even a 30 second commercial they want you to notice them.

Who turns to the weather station more than once a day if there isn't impending doom in the forecast?

They are going to forecast the worst case possible also. It's going to rain for sure but I think it all works out fine.
