I'm just confused about this situation. I thought transfers from one Div 1 school to another Div 1 school had to sit out a year. Did they change this?

I agree . I misspell at least 2 words every time I comment on TNet . My cell phone's tiny keys and my fat fingers and such . I generally overlook grammar here ...it is an internet message board .
He wants to make a point of the guy misspelling Golson , but then fails over and over with his own grammatical errors.
1. He asks a question without using the question mark.
2. He doesn't punctuate the conjunction " can't " .
3 . He uses " an " instead of " a " in the sentence - " Can't find him on an roster .... ".
4 . Fails to punctuate the end of his final sentence .

That was fun .

Thanks I wasn't aware of that. Kinda sucks for us but hopefully he will leave Death Valley the same way his successor at ND will....with a huge loss!

If I remember right he finished his undergrad at ND. So he's transferring there for grad school and is eligible immediately. I'm sure someone else would know for sure.

Golson graduated, has a year of eligibility and enrolled in graduate school at FSU to be able to play this year.

If an athlete has already graduated he can transfer wherever he wants without sitting out a year. If he hasn't graduated yet and wants to transfer to another D1 school he will have sit out a yr but if he wanted to transfer to a D2 school than that athlete won't have to miss a year. I hope i didn't confuse you

Ever see Everett Golson play well in a game that truly mattered , in a hostile environment at the college level ?
Yeah , me neither . I'm sorry , but that kid is a turnover waiting to happen . He also goes away when a defensive front pressures him well .
No way the Noles beat us in DV if we have Watson and they play Golson. No way .
