Even with a loss today, we can still move on, yes?

May 31, 2013, 3:41 PM

It's unlikely after losing on the first day, but it's not like we're eliminated by losing today. I think we lost on the first day another year then came back to win the regional.

The delusion is strong with this one.

Let's root for St Louis to also pull an upset tonight and then we take USuC out tomorrow. Even if we didn't win the regional, that would still be a PAWsitive outcome.

Yeah, that would happen.***

Dude, this team is in no position to win four games in a row, this is the perfect end to a downward spiraling season. Even If we get to the coots, the pitching will be so depleted it's not going to pleasant to watch the balls fly out of the park, but I am optimistic for next year.

We ARE a very YOUNG team.

Just saying.

Everyone is young.

Just what does this mean exactly. Every player in both dugouts is probably between the age of 18 and 22. All of them have been playing baseball since they were 5 or 6 years old and they just completed a season of about 60 ballgames. Do you expect them to turn grey or bald or what? Young has nothing to do with it!

We were young in February. They have played 60 games now. Youth is no longer a valid excuse.

You're young at the beginning of the season, not at the end.***

Is what it means. It certainly doesn't account for 100% of the reason we lost, but it factors in along with other things. As tiger fans we need to deliver the message that we believe in them and we know they can come together and learn and grow and play better in the future.

many tournaments and playoffs it's ridiculous. Baseball is baseball. If they are up tight it's the coach's fault.

Move on........to next year. Does anyone actually think this team can win four in a row against quality competition?
