Energy Audit?

Does anyone know the name of the advertiser on WCCP that does Energy Audits?

Has anyone used this company? If so, would you recommend them?

And for anyone that has had an energy audit ...

What is a ballpark cost? Is it worth it?

No one listens to WCCP. That's why you shouldn't use anyone dumb enough to "advertise" there.

useless in states that haven't been deregulated yet. In other states, they can source better deals for power and natural gas, but not so in NC/SC (Duke has some killer lobbyists).

At best, they can typically tell you if you had billing errors over the past X years and maybe get you a refund if so...typically they will get 50% of any savings/refund they uncover.

At the residential level, some will go around your house and tell you where you could insulate more, change windows, etc...they are really just glorified home inspectors. Most charge upfront, since there's not enough savings on a residential bill to make any money.
