Easy solution - 2021 Palmetto Bowl should be at a neutral site

Starting the rotation again in 2021 will mess up our future schedules and the ##### will fight it. Neutral game in 2021 followed by Clemson in 2022 and the rotation continues as planned from there.

Either Charlotte or Atlanta would work.

the 2020 games goes in the books as a uof6c forfeit and a Clemson win.

The WormPullers probably wouldn't care. They're going to suck again anyway and be lucky to win 2 or 3 games. One less a$$ whippin' at the hands of Clemson would probably suit them just fine.

this Bud Light / Smith-Corona virus certainly qualifies as a circumstance beyond their control. Yes, they are crying crocodile tears due to the game being canceled. But blame the ball-less wonders in the SEC for once, it is not directly the Coots fault.
