At the risk of sounding “cootish.” What team on our schedule besides A&M would you say is clearly better than them? I think we win the game easily, but I don’t think it’s a crazy thought at all.

Syracuse, BC, and nc st are clearly better than them. Duke, fsu, and GT are just as good as them and could beat them.

BC beats them easily. Their run defense is crap and Dillon hurts them. With that said I think Ga Tech beats them for the same reason.
Toss ups would be NC State, Syracuse, and Fl St. NC State is better but loss the head to head with their worst performance of the year last year and this team isn’t as good. Fl St in my opinion is very similar to SCar in that they recruit low character kids who quit, however, States quitters are talented so I think that beat them. Cuse... maybe Duke have better QB play than what they see. SCar is a middle of the road team in the ACC at best.

According to a recent power rating index system, the cooters are #30. We are #1. But only one of our opponents has a better rating that SCAR - Texas A&M. I hope our coaches and players are not overlooking this team. This is a rivalry game. AND anything can happen in a rivalry game. I'm hoping for a smackdown of epic proportions, but .... ya never know. If we play well, we should win. BUT we have to play well and not assume we are playing a weak team.

At this point in the season, Vegas does not usually have huge misses.
Their defense is utterly decimated. They do have a pretty good offense and will score some points on us, but they just won't be able to keep up. I think it will be something like 49-21 or 56-28.
Remember those power rankings and metrics are not forward looking. They are based on the data so far and some of it was compiled when they were at full strength.

With all due respect I don’t think they’ll sniff 21 must less 28. Maybe I’m wrong.
I believe the stage is gonna be too big for Muschump and Jakey boy both. They will be unprepared, undisciplined, and out manned.
My opinion is Jake and the #neveragain pirates get throttled something like 53-13.
